The Velocity EX3580 Elliptical Trainer is a great entry level home trainer. It features 8 levels of manual tension control which can quickly be adjusted using the control knob on the upright post. There are 2 sets of handlebars which will allow you to switch between upper and lower body workouts. The centre, stationary handlebars have integrated hand pulse sensors which will monitor your heart rate during your workout. This will provide a more accurate calorie burn count.
The large pedals are ergonomically designed and ribbed for added grip.
